In Zambia, the pharmaceutical landscape is evolving toward a hybrid model where traditional botanical knowledge meets modern medical standards. The demand for high-quality chrysanthemum tea has surged as urban populations in Lusaka and the Copperbelt region seek natural alternatives for inflammation and hypertension management.
However, the local supply chain often struggles with standardized processing. Most available fruit flower tea products lack the rigorous pharmaceutical-grade sterilization and moisture control required to maintain stability in Zambia's tropical and subtropical climate, leading to rapid degradation of active compounds.
Consequently, there is a critical gap in the market for professionally processed "Yinpian" (sliced herbal pieces). By introducing advanced drying and cutting technologies, we enable the distribution of stable, potent mum tea that meets both WHO guidelines and local Zambian health regulations.
